Indian economy is restarting.

The lockdown that has been going on for the last several days is slowly starting to ease. In many places, companies in the Green Zone and Orange Zone are being allowed to resume their Industries. The use of social distancing, disinfection, and masks is mandatory in factories.

But what is the advantage of this production?

No, not all companies seem to benefit. Let us understand in detail: -

  • Employees: - We have outer state working class in the factory. These people work for lower wages and longer hours than the locals. They also endure many hardships. So they are beneficial for the business. But many have fled the area, due to fear of corona and lockdown. So managements will definitely have to consider this to get the company started again.
  •  Market: - Product is not made for to be store in a warehouse, for which a market has to be available. Relief in the lockdown will gradually lead to the opening of other shops in addition to the essentials, but not all types of goods will be in demand. All the major cities in India are in the red zone due to their dense population, so opening shops there can be dangerous. Care must be taken even if shops in the Green and Orange Zones are open. Therefore, the demand for goods in addition to the essentials may be very low.
  • Demand and Supply: - In the markets that will be opened, even if the demand comes from there, the prices will be decided according to the demand and supply. There can be a lot of difference between the earlier rates. It is a good thing for businesses if the price of production goes up but if the price goes down then the production of goods will have to stop.
  • Transportation: - No clear rules have been announced by the government on the transportation of goods, but it must be done. According to some reports, corona has infected traders and attackers while transporting essential items. As a result, there is a bit of fear and anxiety among traders and carriers. But many are working because of the personal economic situation.
  • Consumers: - Even if shops will open, people's economic cycle has collapsed. So people will only focus on buying the most essential items. Even if other goods are available in the market, they have to be ignored despite the desire. If people become unemployed, the situation may get worse. Attracting customers to buy goods will not be an easy task for shoppers and companies.
  • Exports: - As is the case in our country, so is the situation in other countries, maybe even worse. So the shortage of customers is being felt all over the world and will continue to be felt till a long time. In addition, many countries may impose new rules on their imports and exports. That, too, needs to be addressed.

So who will get benefits from this? It is a beginning for the employees & country, to move the economic cycle. Businesses cannot get benefit from this. If it is to be done, the employees and the businessmen must support each other; everyone must come together and face the situation. Only then can we get out of this crisis quickly.

The manufacturing hub is an idea, a location, which would be useful for a factory, plant and Industry. All the essential services required by an industry will be available there at minimum cost and in less time. China is currently the world's largest manufacturing hub.
